Working at Millwork was fun. The people on the floor and office were very nice. Working out in the shop sometimes went fast. I always found something to do. My job was to put the trim and build up on the doors. It was like a second family, a place you could keep moving forward.

There is a lot of support from upper management. Everyone works together as a team. Very flexible with time off as long as you know in advance or have a doctor’s note. No forced OT but people work OT as needed anyway.
